About the founder
An Engineer Who's Spent 15+ Years Buying Customers
PathlineIQ OÜ is a Tallinn-based AI automation consultancy founded by Martin Ljungdahl, an engineer by training who has spent more than fifteen years acquiring customers profitably online. He doesn't outsource the thinking or resell someone else's chatbot: he builds the systems himself, in code, against live business processes.
That combination matters. Most AI vendors have never spent their own money on ads; most marketers can't build what they promise. Martin has run the full loop (traffic in, AI qualification, booked appointment out) with his own budget, in his own operations.
2004 – 2008
GIS Engineer, Swedish County Administrative Boards
Four years of formal engineering practice at Länsstyrelsernas IT division, working with ArcGIS and large geographic datasets, on top of a BSc in Engineering from Linköping University, and coding since childhood.
2009 – 2016
COO, Vendea AB (Jönköping, Sweden)
Seven years running a Scandinavian beauty group: multiple direct-to-consumer e-commerce stores with Facebook ads as the primary acquisition channel, then the pivot into B2B wholesale across Scandinavia, negotiating platform partnerships with Groupon and Schibsted's Let's Deal, and leading a team of five.
2016 – today
Independent performance marketing, Tallinn
A decade running his own acquisition operations: affiliate campaigns owned end to end (traffic buying, offer selection, tracking, monetisation), and co-ownership (with partners) of an email traffic and performance media business that has transacted over $4,000,000 in lifetime traffic sales, priced and delivered on CPC and CPL terms.

Founded PathlineIQ OÜ, Tallinn
Everything converged: a US home-services acquisition operation run on our own budget (paid ads, AI qualification, SMS booking, built in Python against live business processes), now productized as custom AI lead response systems for service businesses.

Will texting from my business number actually deliver in the US?
Yes, because we do the unglamorous part properly. We handle full A2P 10DLC brand and campaign registration on carrier-approved SMS infrastructure (TextGrid), so your messages deliver instead of getting filtered as spam. We've been through the whole registration process with our own numbers.
Does it work with the tools I already use?
The system plugs into your calendar and CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot-class platforms, and similar) and writes every lead and conversation back to it. If you currently run the business from a phone and a notebook, we set up the whole pipeline for you.
What does "custom-built" actually mean?
It means built in code for your exact lead flow: lead source → integrations → qualification logic for your trade → AI conversation layer → calendar booking → CRM write-back → monitoring, all written in Python against modern LLM APIs. Not a white-labeled chatbot subscription with your logo on it.
